Growth Boost V2 Is Cooking
Skool gave us a Growth Boost update, and the nerdy part is actually pretty cool. V2 is not just trying to find people who click. It is trying to find people who stay. 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆: Growth Boost is starting to optimize around D90 members, smarter bids, partnership ads, and better creative testing. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The machine wants better customers, not just more random humans with credit cards. 𝗔𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱: - why retained members matter - how variable bidding works - why annual pricing helps - why your packaging still matters - why waiting around for Growth Boost is not a strategy - mushroom growers and poop scoopers continue to prove niche beats boring Full breakdown here: https://skool-nerds.vercel.app/p/growth-boost-v2-were-cooking-skool-news-74.html

🚨Feedback - Lead Magnet
I've been working on creating a lead magnet recently. I've attached it below. Please let me know your feedback on this. TIA -James

@James Blackburn 1. Do i understand correct, this is what they get when they join your skool? 2. If yes - i think that's the wrong approach. I think it superb, and I subscribe to the idea of supporting our fellows on skool. But getting people to join your skool to get a list of other skools to joins is not a win for them. What I've learned from my mentors + other skoolers is you want to have a lead magnet that solves a problem with the least amount of effort and has the max amount of impact. That's what I tried with my keyword optimisation lead magnet. Mine is at like 80% effort cause you need claude code, download file etc. and probably only 30% of impact. What i learned is that ranking high in skool search (discovery) does not really bring a lot of traffic. So what i'll do is i'll integrate the keyword research skill into sideguide so it's easy for them to run it for a skool at a small cost on my end. I'd consider finding one problem that your lead magnet can solve so it serves as proof. Pat of The Standard did a 1-on-1 call with me and it clearly made me stick even though I did not purchase his services. I saw his credibility within one hour. That's my 2 cents. Hope I'm not too harsh/direct with this :D

@James Blackburn sorry to be direct again. But are you sure you're solving the right problem? :) 1. I want to make an impact on men. 2. I have a community. 3. My community is not good enough. 4. I will put effort in getting them to join other communtites. I can see how this can look like a lead magnet in terms of supporting your followers, but this is not a lead magnet. It's charity at best. I would start thinking, what do I need to fix in my community to be able to achieve the impact on men. Then I'd find a lead magnet that brings leads to my community so I can achieve my goal.
Growth Boost Got a Slider
Skool just gave Growth Boost a bidding system. 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: You can now trade more revenue share for more growth. But this is not "highest bidder wins." 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀: - can your about page convert? - do paid members stick around? - is your price strong enough? - does Skool get paid back fast enough? - did you actually send traffic first? The slider helps. The fundamentals still matter. Full breakdown here: https://skool-nerds.vercel.app/p/growth-boost-bidding-system-skool-news-71.html

Reviews Got Receipts
Skool reviews are here, and they are not your average "trust me bro" testimonials. 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆: Reviews only count from paying members, and Skool shows how long they have been paying. That means the real flex is not just 5 stars. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀: "Still paying after 12 months." 𝗔𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱: - no review bribery, or the warning banner bonks you - reviews show on profiles - more languages shipped - Growth Boost is still doing Growth Boost things - niche clarity remains undefeated Full breakdown here: https://skool-nerds.vercel.app/p/reviews-are-here-skool-news-69.html
