🥩 HOMEWORK: Is Your Carnivore Diet Actually Complete?
After watching The Carnivore Nutrient Deficiency Switch, I want you to audit what you're actually eating, not simply call it “carnivore.” Your homework 👇 🥩 1. List the animal foods you ate over the last 3 days. Beef? Eggs? Dairy? Seafood? Sardines? Pork? Liver? Shellfish? 🧂 2. What type of salt are you using? Iodized or non-iodized? 🔍 3. Which ONE nutrient from the video surprised you most? Magnesium? Thiamin? Calcium? Vitamin C? Iodine? Something else? 💡 BONUS: Is there one animal food you could add or rotate to broaden your nutrient coverage before automatically reaching for another supplement? Post your answers below. 👇 Remember: “Carnivore” tells me the label. Your food tells me the biology. Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™ 🧬🥩

@Maurice Daher 3 eggs every morning. Last 3 days: duck, lean(ish) lamb, white oceanic fish, beef heart. Yoghurt, kefir, rotation of hard aged cheeses and roquefort every day. Salts: pink Himalayan, celtic, black Pakistani and French camargue salts. Magnesium was a surprise, I did not realize that seeds and nuts are among most potent sources (really bio available?). Thank you Maurice

My diet remains "low carb" at about 60-80g net carbs per day, but I rotate meals among fish, red meat/organs and legumes like lentils. Cravings continue to be absent, I am still trying to control my "mania" for dairy (yoghurts) and sweet stuff like allulose and fruits 7) Cut coffee to one cup a day, changed from french press to filter and I have it 2h after waking up and only in morning

📢 Community Reminder & Quick Housekeeping
Happy Sunday everyone! ❤️ Over the years, I have spent thousands of hours researching, studying, testing, working with clients, reviewing bloodwork, building protocols, and creating the educational content that is shared inside this community. Many of the articles, protocols, roadmaps, and resources found under the "Student Requests" section are not basic information you can find with a simple Google search. They are the result of years of work, clinical experience, trial and error, and continual refinement. I am absolutely happy for you to use this information to improve your own health and to help family and friends. In fact, that is one of the reasons I created this community. However, please remember that all community content falls under the "Community Content Use and Copyright Agreement". https://www.skool.com/mauricedaher/community-content-use-and-copyright-agreement Please do not copy, repost, distribute, publish, sell, or reproduce any protocols, roadmaps, lessons, articles, or documents word-for-word without my written permission. If there is ever something you would like to share publicly, teach, repurpose, or use elsewhere, simply send me a message first. Most situations are easy to work through when we communicate. The goal is simple: I help you. You improve your health. You help others. That creates a ripple effect that benefits everyone. Also, I noticed that only about 50% of members have completed the agreements and acknowledgements. If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to visit: 📌 START HERE (Orientation) Inside that section you will find the agreements, guidelines, and community expectations that every member is required to read and agree to. Please take a moment this week to review them and confirm your agreement. Thank you all for being here, for supporting one another, and for helping make this community what it is. Happy Sunday!

From Rescue to Family in Just 3 Days ❤️🐾
Three days ago, Kash arrived at our homestead with an uncertain future. Today, she's already beginning to understand something important. She's safe. She's discovering a new routine, a new home, and a new family. What has amazed me most is how quickly she has bonded with Duke. Dogs have a remarkable way of helping each other heal. Duke has been patient, calm, and welcoming, and Cash seems to be taking her cues from him every step of the way. Watching the two of them together reminds me that trust isn't built through force. It's built through consistency, safety, and time. In just a few days, Kash has gone from being the new dog in an unfamiliar place to finding her spot beside Duke, relaxing, exploring, and showing more of her personality each day. There is still a journey ahead, but seeing these two together this morning made me smile. Sometimes healing doesn't happen through complicated protocols or perfect plans. Sometimes healing starts when someone, or in this case, some dog, finally feels at home. Welcome home, Kash. 🐾❤️ Duke seems pretty happy about it too. 😊

@Maurice Daher A very good mix of basic, intermediate and advanced diffulty (L-sit is notorious) exercises. Those who do crossfit and especially core & mobility training courses will be familiar. Because of family schedule, running all day driving kids to activities etc. I find that the wall sit and squat are the most easy to implement anywhere: at the airport, while waiting to pick up someone, in the shower, doing breaks every couple of hours. For those who carry their groceries, this would be a good simulation of farmer's carry keeping the core tight and straight and not bending the back which is trying to compensate. A kind of wall sit can also be practiced in the plane, lifting your bottom on your sit and holding there. Since you have advised these exercises and prior to the book emphasized wall sits, i practice the latter 2-3 times a day on top of my trainings. I hold on average for 3 minutes each time with the added benefit that it realeases my stress almost instantly. Thanks Maurice
