I just got a call from a tenant and my Self Storage facility and as U-Haul is stuck in a sink hole on my property. This could very well be resulted of some new electrical power that I just brought in, as they had to run it under the ground. How would you handle this? How do you say tough break? Offered to pull them out at no cost? Give them the number of a good tow company?

I'll keep this short and sweet. Do you have affiliate partners that sell your product/service but only collect if they make a sale? This is arguably the best sales strategy out there. It is how I built my shed sales company to $3,000,000+ in 2 years. Having affiliates is scalable and a way to keep fixed costs low. What have you done to bring on commissioned sales people?
