I’m already a jeans size down, which is absolutely incredible! 
The support from Bjorn, James and the whole group has been amazing. James and Bjorn are honestly the best duo — they make everything fun and hilarious while still being completely normal, relatable and down to earth.
I also love how friendly and supportive everyone in the group has been. There are always going to be ups and downs because we’re all human, but seeing everyone’s commitment, progress and wins is so motivating.
