IVR “Connect Call” not ringing on LeadConnector mobile app anyone else facing this? We’re running into an issue with IVR call routing and wanted to check if anyone else has seen this or found a fix. Setup: We have an IVR workflow that connects the caller to a user once they get through the IVR menu. What’s happening: - When the connect step routes to the user’s mobile phone, it rings fine - When it routes to the user’s LeadConnector mobile app, the phone doesn’t ring at all - The call does show up as a missed call inside the app afterward, so it seems to be reaching the app, but the user never gets a ring and misses the call - This is happening across all of our clients, so it doesn’t look device-specific - Notifications for the LeadConnector app are turned on Has anyone else run into this? Is it a known bug, or is there a setting we’re missing (call routing, app permissions, VoIP settings, etc.)? Any help would be appreciated
