Mid-Month Poll: Setting Next Month's Goals 🎯
The members who win big aren't the ones with the most talent — they're the ones who decide what they're chasing before the month even starts. Naming your goal out loud turns a vague "I should" into a real target, and sharing it here means you've got a whole community holding you to it. Take a second to lock in what you actually want from the next 30 days. What new goal are you setting for yourself next month? Putting it in writing is the first rep — and the more specific you get, the easier it is for someone else to cheer you on, check in, or chase the same thing alongside you. This becomes a "Goal Board" the whole community can rally around, so don't keep it in your head — claim it. Vote below, then comment: what's the one goal you're most fired up about, and why does it matter to you?

Mine is 35 days away. Not on the list but this is a great post.
Saturday Lifestyle: The "Pandiculation" Built-In Tone Reset 🐈
That morning stretch-yawn isn't laziness — it's pandiculation, a hardwired reset that retunes muscle spindles and drops resting tone better than passive stretching. Action Tip: Each morning, do 3 slow contract-then-elongate stretches with a deep yawn. This "Daily Pandi" recalibrates muscle tone and proprioception. What is your morning movement habit? Vote below, then comment: stretch, mobility or nothing?

I don't get to do it in the morning during the week so I do 45 minutes before bed. Weekends I do a 30-minute morning flow to get the body prepped for the day.
May 2026 Training is LIVE: Choose Your Path 🚀
The May programs are officially live in the Classroom tab. We have three distinct paths depending on your experience and goals! Get a head start of the new month today! 📅 The Programs: - 🟡 Full Body Foundations (3-Day Split): The goal of this block is motor pattern acquisition, building work capacity, and establishing a base of strength across the fundamental movement patterns: squat, hinge, horizontal push, horizontal pull, vertical push, and vertical pull. - 🟠Upper/lower periodised split (4-Day Split): Daily undulating periodisation model, alternating between heavier strength-focused sessions and higher-volume hypertrophy sessions within the same week. This dual stimulus is supported by the literature for maximising both strength and lean tissue accrual in the intermediate phase. - 🔴 Push / Pull / Legs / Upper / Lower (5-Day Split): Blends a classic Push/Pull/Legs structure with an additional Upper/Lower pair to drive frequency on the major movement patterns up to twice per week — a frequency well-supported for advanced hypertrophy. Working sets live at RPE 8 to 9, with one or two top sets pushed to RPE 9 to 10 weekly. Comment "I'M IN" below with the program you are starting so we can hold you accountable and offer support!

I'm in. 3-day split with 2 cardio days, 1 x 2-hour session on the astro covering my field fitness and skill and then a Sunday flexibility, mobility, breath work and ice bath. Currently, what my weeks are looking like
Sunday Reset: The "Heat Shock" Recovery Amplifier 🔥
Most think saunas just sweat out toxins — but post-training heat exposure triggers Heat Shock Proteins, molecular chaperones that repair damaged tissue, slow muscle atrophy and spike growth hormone up to 16x baseline. Action Tip: After your hardest session of the week, sit 20 minutes at 80°C, twice through. This "Heat Stack" protocol triggers HSP-driven repair and builds cardiovascular resilience. What's your recovery habit for training? Vote below, then comment: have you noticed better recovery after heat exposure?

I used to do it 3-4x a week in SA when I had my own one at my studio.
Monday Mindset: The "Training Identity" Behaviour Lock-In 🧠
Most people rely on motivation to show up — but motivation fluctuates daily. Consistent trainees don't feel motivated every day, they've built an identity where skipping feels more uncomfortable than training. Action Tip: Stop saying "I'm trying to train more" and start saying "I'm someone who trains." This "Identity Anchor" makes showing up the default and skipping the exception. What best describes your relationship with training consistency? Vote below, then comment: do you rely on motivation or has training become automatic for you?

Having goals like the World Cup coming up is a great way to keep me accountable and help me stay consistent.
