I had a few different communities going, each with its own focus. But after speaking at Brenda’s AI Summit, I decided to experiment a little. Instead of keeping AI as a separate community, I used it to complement and highlight the community I’ve decided to make my main focus. And you know what? It actually made MORE sense! 💡 Then, while listening to another summit session, something clicked. I realized I didn’t need to keep building everything separately. So I made a decision I’d been going back and forth about: I archived my AI community. Not exactly the takeaway I expected from an AI Summit, but apparently, the clarity I needed! 😂 Sometimes growth isn’t about adding something new. It’s about recognizing what no longer needs its own space. Quick question: Are you in a season of ADDING, SIMPLIFYING, or PIVOTING in your business? 👀
