Special love to Sanaz, who chose to spend a piece of her birthday with us💝🥳 I love in-person gatherings, so every time we're gathering online I'm still blown away by the intimacy we create! each of us carving out a sacred space to slow down, together, from wherever we are ✨ I felt that each of your brave shares became a mirror, showing me how those same parts play out in me, so much wisdom in our pain and process, medicine for the heart and an antidote to loneliness when shared in truth. I'm in a season of going quiet, going within. And the truth is, most of me has no fucking idea how to do that. Hello, my loves. This is the first post in this gathering. Let's see what wants to start here... Not performing quiet, actually quiet. Doing things from a place of rest and stillness instead of push. There are parts of me that don't trust stillness, that think if I'm not moving I'm failing, and they get frantic, they doubt, they want to override the whole thing and go back to doing. That's my season right now. Walking the paradox of wanting rest and not yet trusting it. I invite us to gather all of ourselves here, the parts we're proud of and the parts we're ashamed of, a little embarrassed by. Not just the polished version. I want to ask you the same thing.
