An action-oriented community with solid coaching and excellent win-win culture. There is a very well thought out cycle of monthly topics with a masterclass, implementation workshop and Q&A sessions — all of which facilitated by a truly competent and capable coach. I am continuously impressed by Lida Axe's dedication to guide and help us members, always with a special emphasis on *applying* and then improving further. The best part is — the community is rapidly getting better and better.

Five stars. Lidia knows her stuff, walks the walk, and doesn’t let us hide behind excuses. She challenges us to get out of our own way, take action, and keep moving, and she holds herself to the same standard. There are moments I almost want to quietly back out because she doesn’t take any crap 😂 but honestly, that’s also why I stay. She almost scares me. Almost. And I appreciate the heck out of her.
