I am a lifelong learner and educator with 30 plus years of experience in private and public sector education. I spent the majority of my professional career in Air Force Education and Training, laddering from a Guidance Counselor position to the executive level Chief of Education and Training. Most recently, I served in full-time faculty and leadership roles including Academic Dean, Interim Campus President, and as an online Adjunct Associate Professor. I am passionate about training, AI ethics, governance, and readiness. As one who embraces bridging digital gaps, my community focuses on AI readiness, assessments, future-proofing, and ethical deployment through an AI Decision Lab's Human to AI Synergy Center.
