Are there any trainings or resources somewhere specifically on multi-location businesses? I'm considering taking on a local-service based company with 29 locations scattered across the U.S.

For anyone with experience with multi-location, I’m curious how you’d approach a business at that scale. What would your order of operations be to make sure all 29 locations are properly set up, prioritized, and positioned to grow across local SEO, Maps, and AEO?

What kind of monthly budget should I realistically recommend for a business of this size as well?
