📌 READ THIS FIRST — How to get your money's worth in 14 days
Welcome. This community has one job: get you to deployed automations and paying clients. Here's the path: DAYS 1-2 → Read Start Here. Set up automation #1 (onboarding) or #13 (meeting notes) for your own business. Feel the machine work. DAYS 3-4 → Build your sales assets: the free audit (#14) and the testimonial harvester (#12). DAYS 5-7 → Pick ONE sellable service. Easiest first yes: Missed-Call Text-Back (#7). Build it on your own phone number — that's your demo. DAYS 8-10 → Prospect: cold email machine (#4) or 10 local businesses with a free audit. DAYS 11-14 → Close. $297 setup + $147-497/mo. Post it in Wins — with the numbers. HOUSE RULES: → Stuck? Post the blocker + a screenshot. 24h answer guarantee. → Win? Post the numbers. Someone's first client starts with your proof. → Weekly live call: Thursdays 5pm CET / 11am EST. Replays in Module 5. Drop a comment: which automation are you deploying THIS week? 👇

🤖 Your client's AI chatbot just invented a price.
A customer asks "how much for a full service?" and the bot confidently answers $180. Your client doesn't charge $180. The build (n8n, ~15 min): → One approved answers Sheet: topic, exact wording, last reviewed date. The bot never answers from the model's own knowledge. → Retrieve the matching row first, then let the AI rephrase it. Rephrase only, never generate. → Prices, availability and anything legal go out as EXACT strings from the Sheet. That field never gets paraphrased. → No matching row → "let me get the owner on that" → straight to the owner's phone. Escalation is a feature, not a failure. → Log every unmatched question. That log is the next five rows of the Sheet. Rephrasing instead of answering is the whole build. A bot that says "I'll check" keeps a customer. A bot that guesses creates a refund. Same logic behind the 25 free automations + 30 prompts in the Classroom. What's the worst thing a bot has said to one of your customers? 👇 Deploy, don't study.

About Missed-Call Text-Back
Hey, quick question about missed-call text-back. For a brand-new inbound caller who calls a business, nobody answers, and then they automatically get a text, how are you handling the A2P 10DLC consent/registration side of that? Are you registering it under Customer Care? And what do you put for the opt-in/message flow since the caller never explicitly opted into SMS beforehand? I’m building mine with Twilio + n8n and just want to make sure I’m setting it up properly.
Quick one for the group: what's the ONE task eating your week?
One line, no essay needed. Tell me the single repetitive task in your business (or your client's) that eats the most time every week - answering missed calls, chasing quotes, booking reminders, dedupe-ing the CRM, whatever it is. Drop it below in one sentence. I'll reply to EVERY single one with the exact automation from the Vault that kills it + the ~15-min build. First come today, I answer them all. Go 👇

New here - building an open-source agent UI layer
Hey all, just joined. I've been building an open-source project called Vendo - it's a layer for AI agents to render real UI at runtime instead of just returning text, with a fixed component catalog so the agent can't generate something that fails to render. If you're into AI agents/automation, would appreciate a look and a GitHub star if it seems useful: spoo.me/vendoskool Curious if anyone here has run into the 'agent renders broken UI' problem too - happy to talk shop in the comments.
