Action Packed Campfire Meeting this week!
This one was packed. We celebrated wins big and small (shoutout to @Sandy Parker who hiked to the top of Santorini this week), dug into browser automation inside Claude, and had a really honest conversation about ethical AI scraping. Plus some serious Obsidian and GoHighLevel nerding out. If you weren't there, you missed a lot of good stuff. What we covered: - Making sure your AI agents are scraping websites legally and ethically, not just what you're allowed to do but what sites are politely asking you not to do - Using the Obsidian Web Clipper to pull video transcripts into topic folders, then having Claude turn a handful of clips into a polished step-by-step guide - The new "built-in browser" setting inside Claude's Cowork settings, so Claude can browse and pull your analytics without taking over your actual Chrome tabs - Accessing Claude's browser right from the side panel inside a chat, so you never have to leave your conversation to get work done - Live-updating dashboards built as Claude artifacts that track what your AI team is actually doing day to day GoHighLevel Discsussions: - GoHighLevel's AI Studio SEO tools, meta tags, sitemaps, and getting your site into Google Search Console - The quirks of AI Studio forms not talking to GoHighLevel automations automatically, and the workaround for connecting them - Stripe payment links versus GoHighLevel product links, and picking one system so you're not hunting for where you set something up Goals members said they want to accomplish: - Finish the user interface work on a new AI agent skill so it's easier to use before pushing it further - Turn the ethical scraping research into a Facebook post or series to share what was learned - Decide between annual or monthly software subscriptions once the bookkeeping numbers are fully caught up - Finish the second e-book this week and keep momentum going into the third - Post more consistently on LinkedIn, including a personal story about getting nervous to share a new book

Cowork for the win
Finally! I have the cloud version and was able to create 7 different simple automated tasks.🪅 But I had to spend some time with Claude to synthesis all we have learned from Jonathan, Molly via our dear @Angelina Shively's specific iterations and make sure all the personas have clearly defined instructions, and all work together well and have my Command Center OS in Google Drive. I keep thinking of when we all started on this Core OS system journey of what was only a couple months ago and how it has evolved. Being part of this community has been such a help to me in figuring it all out. Now back to my regularly scheduled work in Design.
Cowork for the win
Here's what you missed on Tuesday's call 👀
It was a shorter session (back-to-school week meant a lighter crowd), but don't let that fool you — this one was packed with launches, side hustles, and one seriously unforgettable prop. From a brand-new "vision to action plan" skill to a six-foot inflatable lobster making its Amazon debut, the energy in the room was pure "let's actually build this thing." What we covered: - Where to find the Skool skill library (Classroom > weekly campfire replays > top of page) and how to pull a skill into Claude with a simple slash command - A brand-new skill: Vision to Action Plan — turns your 4-month dream into 3 SMART goals, broken down week by week, with an option to build it into a tracker or dashboard - The custom GPT sharing changes happening in ChatGPT, and why converting GPTs into portable Claude/Chat skills is the smarter long-term move - A look at a personal CEO dashboard and budget app built in Base44, blending business assets, resources, income scenarios, and expenses into one place - Book publishing platform breakdown: Amazon vs. IngramSpark (global distribution) vs. Lulu (best for spiral-bound journals and planners) - Print-on-demand talk — Printify's newly redesigned pop-up stores, Stripe integration, and how it compares to Etsy What your fellow members are actively working on: - @Sandy Parker is prepping a big fall stretch — book trailer, international travel, a book signing, a market event, and a multi-day summit, all within about a month - A few members are exploring VIP half-day and full-day offers as a new way to book more client hours - @Ronda Taylor is writing a three-book bundle series tied into custom GPTs built around solo travel and location independence - A few members ( @Marie Whitehead ) are experimenting with print-on-demand products (mugs, journals, tote bags) tied to their personal brand or book Missed the live call? Catch the full replay in the Skool Classroom — head to the Weekly Campfire Recordings section and it'll be waiting for you.
