Cold Email Isn't Dead, But Yours Is.
I've booked 100s meetings for myself + clients And I think most people saying cold email is dead are right.. It is, for them I've covered 5 key things to run effective cold email: 1. DNS → Ensure DKIM, DMARC & SPF setup correctly. 2. Warmup → Minimum 2 week warmup, ideally rotate once per fortnight. 3. Volume → 500 is the floor, any less and you don't have enough data to judge performance. 4. Copy → You don't need 15 claude variables, make it easy to respond to. 5. Responses → Respond in 5 minutes not 5 hours. Check it out!
