🏗️ I Rebuilt the Entire Classroom From Scratch — Here's How to Use It
Alright… this one's been months in the making. The old classroom worked, but let's be honest — it was a pile of videos. Good videos. But you had to guess the order. And guessing the order is exactly how people stall. So I tore it down and rebuilt it into learner journeys. Here's what that actually means: A learner journey is a track. Start at the top, work down, and each lesson assumes what came before it. No jumping in halfway and feeling lost. 🌐 Build a Real Website in 30 Minutes — No Code, Just Plain English
Alright… this one still feels like magic even after doing it dozens of times. You describe the website you want in plain English. AI builds it. You publish it. You get a real web address anyone can open. No coding, no developer, no waiting. They open the builder, type one giant paragraph with everything they want, and watch it come out a mess. Then they blame the tool. The trick is one prompt at a time. ⚠️ Why Small Businesses Fail at AI (The One That Costs the Most)
Quick one this week… but it's the difference between AI helping you and AI embarrassing you. Most small businesses don't fail at AI because they picked the wrong tool. They fail for reasons that have nothing to do with the tool at all. Bad follow-up sent to 2,000 is a reputation. So the honest test, every month: what did AI actually save me — in hours or pounds? If you can't answer that, that's the real failure. Not the tool.
