OpenAI never explained it, so people came up with their own theories: the Studio Ghibli trend, AI inbreeding (model collapse), or a secret watermark.

I'm building a browser-based recruiting assistant and running into issues with it repeating actions if a page reloads unexpectedly. I've started logging every step to a local SQLite database before execution so I can check what was already done. Does anyone else use a similar pre-action log to prevent duplicates, or do you rely on the browser's state instead?
