The AI Playbook is one of the few communities I actually open notifications for. Rick has a real knack for sharing AI insights & tactics that don't lose the human judgment part (which is exactly the conversation I care about most). But it’s also the people he’s attracted… smart, generous, curious people who’ve definitely challenged how I think about workflows and agentic assistance for my own business. If you’re building with AI right now, this is the room to be in.

I love my experience here. The people in this community are so supportive and Rick goes the extra mile to make sure everyone's questions are answered. I feel supported and included. And I've gotten my business AI enabled with a clear step-by-step process that just made it straightforward and logical.  Also: I can't live without Rick's business coaching tool, "Pick Rick's Brain" - it helps sanity check things in those moments when I just need an extra pair of experienced eyes to help me out.

I’ve been part of The AI Playbook for 6 months now, and it’s been incredibly valuable. Even though I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface of all the training available!

I use the Zone of Genius app religiously. I love how easy it makes it to think through important business decisions, clarify my ideas, and create SOPs that I can actually use.

The live call time with Rick is absolutely priceless, and the support from the community is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Are you wondering if this is just another one of those communities that promises but doesn’t deliver? Well don’t be! Rick has a way of explaining AI, and how it applies to small business, that is just plain easy to understand. Even for a 70-year old such as myself. I spend a 40+ year career in corporate America, and now starting my own solo business, and AI is playing a huge role in all of it. I couldn’t do it without Rick and this fantastic community. So glad I’m here!

What hooked me into The AI Playbook was the done-for-you templates Rick makes available to members. What's kept me here is how much value Rick provides. He somehow walks that fine line of supporting the entire community while making individuals feel like they're getting one-on-one attention, and he does this consistently on the weekly calls he leads.

The members are also amazing. Everybody is genuinely supportive.
