This community has been a little quiet for a while, and I’m bringing it back with a much clearer purpose. AI is moving fast, but my interest has never been in using it just because it is new, flashy, or impressive. I care about where it can actually help real estate professionals save time, improve the quality of their work, and make some of the repetitive parts of the business easier. And just as importantly, I care about using it responsibly. That is what this community is going to focus on. You can expect practical AI workflows for real estate, short walkthroughs, prompts and examples, live training about every 4–6 weeks, and conversations about where AI can genuinely help us do our jobs better. We’ll look at tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others, but the tool is not really the point. The job is the point. What are you trying to get done? Where are you losing time? What keeps getting pushed to tomorrow? What are you doing over and over that could be made easier? And where can AI help without replacing the judgment, skill, responsibility, and human connection that still belong to us? We’ll also talk openly about the places where AI can create risk if we get careless. Things like protecting client information, verifying facts before we use them, watching for fair housing or bias issues, knowing when AI is outside its lane, and understanding that a polished answer is not automatically a correct answer. Saving ten minutes is not a win if it creates a compliance problem, exposes confidential information, gives a client bad guidance, or makes us less thoughtful about our craft.
