Suno messed up big time
1. Rights and Download Limits: If you find a workaround to download more songs than your monthly limit allows, you apparently forfeit ownership rights to those tracks. Suno only grants their (already limited) commercial rights on tracks properly downloaded through their standard allowance.
2. Restricting paying users right now leaves the door wide open for competitors to step in and take the top spot.
Cleaner Alternatives Will Win: New competitors can learn directly from Suno's legal and training missteps, launching models that are 100% cleaner and legally sound from day one.
