🍷 Questioning your drinking? You’re in the right place.
Alcohol Freedom Tribe is a free Christian community for people who want to change their relationship with alcohol and experience real freedom — without labels, shame or having to hit rock bottom first.
Here, we’re learning together how to understand our drinking, renew our minds, support our bodies and nervous systems, and invite God into the whole journey.
✨ Inside you'll find:
• Practical alcohol-free tools & teaching
• Weekly education content for freedom with Faith + neuroscience + behaviour change
• Encouragement and honest conversation
• A community of people who get it
I'm Rina — a Senior This Naked Mind Certified Coach, Certified Gray Area Drinking Coach, alcohol-free since 2019 and training as a Spiritual Director.
My mission is to help more people discover that complete freedom from alcohol is possible — and there is so much life waiting on the other side.
Come join us. 🤍
