I'm based in NZ 🇳🇿 but South African Indian 💃🏽 Just like you, I went the logical route due to societal conditioning and pressure. The high acheiving route, was a success overall but even though I had good intentions - I knew they were going to evolve, I just did not know how. From being born into a colonized version of Dharmic traditions to holding a Bachelor of Communications in Cinematography, Digital Communications & Psychotherapy. (That on its own was a recipe to get disowned and that's exactly what happened). And now using the knowledge I have integrated through lived experience and direct application to empower people's lives with Irah and my own creative path.
