🚨 We’re taking things to the next level!
This week, we’re launching weekly live webinars with me, Kamie and Gemma - each bringing our own experience, knowledge and support to the conversations you need most. We’ll also be taking over the Anchor Instagram Stories with behind-the-scenes content, live polls, questions and opportunities to get to know us properly🥳 The six women in this video each bring something different to the community, supporting struggles around ADHD, motherhood, identity, overwhelm, recovery, health and confidence. You don’t have to work everything out alone. 💛 We’ll soon be launching exciting giveaways for members who invite friends and help us grow… so watch this space! 👀🎁 Remember, when other members like your helpful posts and comments, you earn points and level up. So introduce yourself, ask questions and join the conversation. 👇 What topic would you most like us to cover in a webinar?👀

We’ve been a little quieter in here… but for a very good reason. 🤍
📹 Behind the scenes, the six women in this photo have finally been together in person - talking, planning, filming, sharing ideas, challenging each other and working incredibly hard on what we want the Anchor Neuro Collective to become🧡 But amongst all the planning, we kept coming back to one thing… The people we’re building it for🧡 ✨The woman who feels like everyone else has life figured out except her. ✨The parent who is constantly overwhelmed but still somehow keeps everyone else going. ✨The person with 47 tabs open in their brain who doesn’t know where to start. ✨The one who has spent years masking, people-pleasing, starting again, doubting themselves or wondering why things that seem “easy” for everyone else feel so difficult. ✨The person who wants change… but doesn’t need another space telling them they need to completely change who they are first. We see you. Because between the six of us, we’ve lived so much of it too 🧡 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒This community isn’t about having everything together. It’s about connection. Understanding. Practical support. Different lived experiences. Learning what actually works for your brain and having people around you who genuinely get it. And we want this next chapter to involve you, not just us talking at you.. So whether you’ve been here from the beginning or you’ve just joined us, introduce yourself below 👇 💬 What’s ONE thing you’re struggling with most right now? Overwhelm? Confidence? Parenting? Identity? Routines? Work? Relationships? Starting something? Actually finishing something? 😅 Or something completely different? Tell us - You are not alone🧡 Because the more we understand what life actually looks like for the people inside this community, the better we can build something that genuinely helps. Welcome (or welcome back) to the Anchor Neuro Collective. 🤍 Six women. Six different perspectives. One community where you don’t have to pretend you’ve got it all figured out.

What's your win this week? even if it is only Wednesday!!
In this community we celebrate our wins no matter how small they may seem! Even the smallest wins can feel HUGE!! So I thought id create a little post on here asking what's yours? I'll go first, i actually managed to sort through a lot of things in my room that I've just left since moving, gotten rid of those boxes that have been sat staring at me for months 🤣

💙 A LITTLE HELLO FROM ME… ⚓️
Hi, Hey and Hello! 👋 I’m Emily, the Community Engagement Officer here at Anchor Neuro Collective — and I’m so happy you’re here. 🫶 My role is basically to help make this community feel like a place you can actually come as you are. No pressure to have it all together, no need to find the “right” words, and definitely no judgement if your brain has decided to take an unexpected detour! 😂 I’m here to welcome you, listen, chat, celebrate the little wins, help you find your way around and, when you need it, simply be someone in your corner. 💙 So please don’t ever feel like you’re bothering me. If you have a question, need a little encouragement, want to share something exciting, want a bad joke to make you smile or just fancy a chat — I’m here. This community is about connection, not perfection. So grab your cup of coffee or cup of tea or whatever you're fancying and drop a line, say hello or even drop a like, there's no pressure at all. I can’t wait to get to know you. 💙⚓️ Welcome to our little safe place. You’re very welcome here. 🫶 Why not drop a little fun fact about yourself… I’ll go first, I’m a cat mum with two beautiful and very fluffy cats BUT I’m also allergic to cat hair… I know how does that even work! I also LOVE a bad dad joke, so if you’ve got any PLEASE feel free to share them!! 😂
