Original Thinking Workshop Now Live
The recording of today's Workshop is live in the classroom now.
AI doesn't lie to hurt you. It lies to please you. Ask it a question and it hands back a confident, well-written answer. That answer is built to satisfy you. It rarely survives scrutiny.
Colin Powell trusted an intelligence system that told leadership what it wanted to hear. The result was a war built on weapons that didn't exist. Porsche trusted market research on the Chinese market and built a concept car in 1998. It never sold a single unit. In both cases, analysis built to please the leader beat analysis built to find the truth.
Zero major inventions in history came from a committee. Poo-Pourri, Liquid Death, the Pet Rock, and 1-800-GOT-JUNK share one origin. One person ignored the obvious answer. None of them would survive an AI's judgment. They don't fit the average AI draws from.
That's the gap this session closes.
In this session, you build three working files. A Personal Operating System, a Decision Framework, and a Judgment Prompt. Each one runs on your own history, values, and decision rules.
Then you watch the difference live. Ask AI what business to start with a used pickup truck before the files exist. You get hauling, landscaping, and mobile detailing. Ask the same question after the files load. You get field operations intelligence and rural asset stewardship. Both tied to your actual background.
You leave with your own Judgment Prompt, built and running.
