You've been carrying it alone — every decision, hire, hard conversation, and number that has to work. This classroom exists to change that.
XCL Group is operator-led, faith-integrated coaching for Christian executives, founders, executive directors, and owners. We've run the P&L, led the teams, raised the money. Our aim: help you grow without breaking. People · Process · Performance.
The Ascent is the 12-week climb — decks, workbooks, and tools for every session, from hiring to the capstone, Extreme Stewardship™. From bottleneck to builder.
Peak is 1-on-1 coaching: Mission Peak for nonprofit leaders, Business Peak for owners buying, fixing, or growing a company. Peak members can open the Business Peak tile any time.
Faith is the conviction under the work, not decoration. "I have brought you glory on earth by finishing the work you gave me to do." (John 17:4, NIV)
Show up. Post your wins and your walls. Nobody climbs alone here.
