Best tool for creating character sheets?

What is best to use when creating an in depth set of character reference sheets. Im doing a video on the 20 sailors of the Ship Essex from 1820. Ive chosen the art style I like. Im currently using Chat GPT to make the character prompts for the sheets. Using Image generation section on higgsfield/Seedream 4.5. However Im seeing to much similarity in the different characters.
