I lived in a calorie surplus and financial debt. “Free” advice online COST me muscle, time, and self-trust every time I fell for another fad or quick fix. We don’t want that for you. Teach a woman to fish instead of give a woman a fish kinda thing. Or like… teach you how to out lipstick on instead of applying it for you? But I don’t even wear lipstick and now I’m rambling.

The bad ass babe group has pushed me to life a new lifestyle that is healthier and happier. Came is at 190 maintenance for a year learning about food and nutrition. Currently 173.0 and going strong ! 💪 Thank you
