💜 WHAT ACTUALLY STOPPED? 💜
Well... I haven't posted about the Purple Pill Challenge since October 1st. 😂 It would be very easy to look at that and say: **I stopped.** But did I? I stopped **posting about it**. That's not necessarily the same as stopping the work. And that's an important distinction. We live in a world where progress is often measured by how visible it is. Post the workout. Announce the project. Share the new routine. Tell everyone what you're building. But sometimes **moving quietly is more effective than making a lot of noise about every move you're making.** So rather than automatically declaring: *"I fell off."* Ask a better question: ## What actually stopped? Maybe you stopped one habit but continued three others. Maybe you stopped documenting the work but kept doing it. Maybe one part of your original plan disappeared because something more important needed your attention. Maybe you weren't as consistent as you wanted to be - but you're still further forward than when you started. **That's still progress.** So this time we're not restarting anything. We're taking stock. ### ✍️ Look at the last week and ask: **What stopped?** What did I genuinely stop doing? Why? Was it important? **What kept going?** What did I continue doing even when nobody was watching? What progress did I make that I haven't acknowledged? **Which matters more?** Did I stop something essential? Or did I stop something that mainly made the progress *visible*? **What deserves my attention now?** Do I need to restart what stopped? Keep focusing on what remained? Or reroute again based on what I've learned? And finally: ### What is the next useful action? Not the action that makes it *look* like you're progressing. The one that actually moves something forward. For me, posting consistently is something I do want to improve - so disappearing isn't something I'm going to dress up as a brilliant strategy. 😂 But I'm also not going to dismiss everything else I've continued doing because one visible part stopped.

💜NEXT PURPLE PILL DAY 9-11: KEEP. STOP. REROUTE. 💜
We've spent a few days doing the doing. Now it's time to look at what actually happened. Not what you planned to do. Not what you should have done. What actually happened? 💚 KEEP What's working? What moved you forward? What is worth repeating? 🛑 STOP What's wasting time or energy? What isn't helping? What are you doing simply because you think you should? ↪️ REROUTE What's worth continuing, but needs a different approach? What have you learned now that you've actually tried it? And one important question: Did something genuinely not work - or did you simply not do it consistently enough to know yet? That's mine too. No guilt. No throwing the whole plan away. Keep what works. Stop what doesn't. Reroute what needs adjusting. Then keep doing the do. DETAILS IN THE CLASSROOM.

💜 PURPLE PILL – DAY 5 - 8 💜
No new lesson today. That's deliberate. Because this challenge would be fairly ridiculous if I spent 22 days giving you more things to KNOW. 😂 You've chosen the result. You've identified the actions. You've looked at what's getting in the way. Now we practise. So today's challenge is simple: What did you say you were going to do? Did you do it? If yes – what happened? If no – what actually stopped you? No judgement. No elaborate explanation. Just notice the pattern. Then do the next thing. 💜 Stop Knowing. Start Doing. 💜

💜 PURPLE PILL – DAY 4: What if you're trying to DO the wrong thing?
I've done plenty of "What career suits you?" tests over the years. None gave me that feeling of: Oh. Now I actually see myself clearly. I also get a lot of enquiries from people who feel stuck in their career, don't know what direction to take next, or know they want something different but have no idea what different is. And that made me think about another side of Stop Knowing. Start Doing. Sometimes you're not procrastinating. Sometimes you're struggling to take action because you're trying to force yourself further down the wrong road. My brain normally works these things out through a slightly ridiculous combination of intuition and overthinking. Take 1,000 pieces. Remove 300. Reorganise everything. Put 50 back. Throw another 100 away. 😂 So recently I asked ChatGPT to take me through a proper career assessment one question at a time. Not: "Here's my CV, tell me what jobs I can do." I wanted it to separate: → What I enjoy AND I'm good at → What I'm good at but don't enjoy → What I'd enjoy but don't yet have the skills/experience for → What I could realistically move into from where I am now → Where unusual combinations of my experience might create opportunities I'd never considered It turned out surprisingly useful. So I'm sharing the prompt below for anyone currently thinking: "I know I need a change. I just don't know what the change is." Check out the Classroom for the PP22 Challange day 4, full prompt and excercise is there. One warning: the quality of this exercise depends heavily on the honesty of your answers. Don't answer as the person you think you should be. Answer as you actually are. Then, when you find something worth moving towards... do the do. 💜 #PurplePillChallenge #StopKnowingStartDoing #BelleMorph #CareerClarity #CareerChange #PersonalGrowth #BehaviourChange

💜 PURPLE PILL – DAY 3 💜
Technically, this should have been yesterday's post. I didn't post it. And since this challenge is about doing rather than pretending we're perfectly consistent humans, I'm posting it today instead. 😂 Yesterday I went to a business seminar. There were solopreneurs, small business owners and people running much larger companies. Different industries. Different stages. Different problems. But what struck me was that everyone had something they were trying to improve. And I came away with two things. First, reassurance. There were people doing work similar to parts of what I do through Belle Morph - and doing well. Instead of seeing that as competition, it reminded me: There is a market for this. There is a need for transformation. I'm not inventing a problem nobody has. But the bigger lesson was this: There is no business transformation without personal transformation. You can redesign the process. Introduce the technology. Change the strategy. Build the growth plan. But eventually, somebody has to behave differently. Make the decision. Have the conversation. Delegate. Let go of control. Lead differently. Sell. Trust the team. Stop avoiding the uncomfortable thing. Businesses don't transform independently of the people inside them. And perhaps that's why I've always struggled to separate the "people stuff" from the "business stuff" in Belle Morph. They're not separate. So my DO from yesterday was partly just getting out of my own bubble, meeting people, listening and seeing evidence that the work I'm building has a place. And today's DO? I missed a day. 💜I'm continuing anyway. 💜 #PurplePillChallenge #StopKnowingStartDoing #BelleMorph #BusinessTransformation #Leadership #BehaviourChange #PersonalTransformation
