This got personal when I noticed things in my own son — the snoring, the teeth grinding, the dark circles that never went away no matter how much sleep he got. I was told it was probably just a phase. So I went looking for answers myself — and became his first patient.
Even if a provider already told you it's fine, that doesn't mean you stop paying attention.
