Cocoyster - Salum Parfums
Another sample that I'd left to one side, and really glad I've now tried it, it's a fantastic aquatic, marine, coconut fragrance. This is a new unisex fragrance, launched this year, and the nose behind Cocoyster is Sofia Bardelli. A salty sea start, which I presume is partly from the oyster notes, which within seconds has a coconut aroma that gets stronger leaving the sea behind. The coconut remains for a good while before the vanilla and amber take over. Strong sillage and projection of several feet, longevity of up to eight hours. Really like this one, it is down as a summer fragrance but I'd wear it it whenever.
Top notes are Sea water, Sea Salt and Oysters.
Middle notes are Coconut Milk, Coconut and Ylang Ylang.
Base notes are Vanilla, Amber, Incense and elemi.
