🏆 BOSS WINS FRIDAY 👑
Hey Bosses! Before you rush into the weekend thinking about everything you didn't get done this week, I want you to recognize what you DID do. Progress deserves to be acknowledged. Your win doesn't have to be: 💰 A huge sale 🚀 A major launch 🏆 A big announcement 📈 A record-breaking week Sometimes the win is: ✅ Finally sending the email ✅ Making the phone call ✅ Completing the application ✅ Posting your content ✅ Creating your business page ✅ Working on your business plan ✅ Following up with a potential client ✅ Setting a boundary ✅ Attending the networking event ✅ Asking for help ✅ Taking the first step on something you've been putting off And sometimes the win is simply: “I didn't quit.” That counts too. --- ## 👇🏾 DROP YOUR BOSS WIN BELOW Copy this and fill it in: 🏆 My Win This Week: __________ 🎯 The Goal It Moved Forward: __________ 💡 What I Learned: __________ 🚀 My Next Action: __________ --- Don't minimize your progress because someone else's win looks bigger. We're building businesses and goals through: Clarity → Goals → Strategy → Action → Accountability → Results Every completed action gives you information. Every lesson gives you clarity. And every win gives you evidence that you're moving. So before this week ends... # WHAT'S YOUR WIN, BOSS? 👇🏾👑 I'll be celebrating with you in the comments. 🎉 *Stop sitting on the goal. Start working the plan.™

🚀 YOUR FIRST 48-HOUR WIN
💗 SATURDAY BOSS CHECK-IN: YOUR GOALS ARE WAITING ON YOU! 🎯
Happy Saturday, Bosses! 👑 Here’s something I want you to think about today: A goal without action is just an idea waiting for permission to become reality. We all have things we said we were going to do. Launch that business. Finish that business plan. Create that website. Post that content. Apply for that opportunity. But somewhere between planning and doing, life happens. We get distracted, overwhelmed, or convince ourselves we need just a little more time. Here’s your reminder: You don’t have to have everything figured out to take the next step. 💡 TODAY’S BOSS LESSON: Progress doesn’t always require a big move. Sometimes the smallest consistent actions create the biggest results. Try this simple Goal-to-Action™ exercise: ✅ 1. IDENTIFY: What’s ONE goal you’ve been putting off? ✅ 2. BREAK IT DOWN: What’s ONE small action you can take toward it? ✅ 3. EXECUTE: Give yourself 20 minutes today to work on it. ✅ 4. CELEBRATE: Recognize your progress, even if you haven’t finished. 🎯 YOUR SATURDAY BOSS CHALLENGE: Drop your answer in the comments: “This weekend, I’m taking action on ________.” Let’s encourage one another and turn this community into a place where we’re not just talking about goals — we’re actually accomplishing them! Remember: Motivation feels good. Consistency changes lives. Do it anyway. 💗 — Boss Conversations, LLC Stop sitting on the goal. Start working the plan.™ #SaturdayBossCheckIn #GoalToAction #BossConversations #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth

💗 SATURDAY BOSS CHECK-IN: YOUR GOALS ARE WAITING ON YOU! 🎯
FRIDAY’S BOSS BUSINESS LESSON
ARE YOU MAKING SALES OR MAKING PROFIT? 💰 Hey Bosses! 👋🏽💕 Today’s business lesson is about understanding where your money goes. A new survey from Main Street America found that while some small businesses are experiencing increasing revenue, many continue to struggle with profitability and operating expenses. That brings us to today’s important lesson. Revenue and profit are not the same thing. 🎓 Today’s Lesson Revenue is the money your business earns from selling products or services before subtracting expenses. Profit is what remains after the relevant expenses are deducted. For example: You sell a product for $50. The product costs $20 to purchase or produce. Packaging and delivery cost $10. You have $20 remaining before accounting for other operating expenses and taxes. Now imagine selling 100 products. That’s $5,000 in revenue. But you still have to pay the expenses associated with producing, delivering, and operating your business. That’s why tracking expenses matters. 📝 TODAY’S ACADEMY CHALLENGE THE 20-MINUTE PROFIT CHECK Your assignment is to evaluate the profitability of one product or service. Step 1 — Five minutes Choose one product or service and write down its selling price. Step 2 — Five minutes Identify the direct expenses associated with delivering it. Step 3 — Five minutes Estimate the portion of operating expenses associated with that sale. Step 4 — Five minutes Subtract your estimated expenses from the selling price. What remains? Is that amount what you expected? What could you improve? If you haven’t started your business yet, use this exercise to help determine the price of a product or service you’re planning to offer. 💬 BOSS CHECK-IN Which financial area do you need the most help understanding? A. Calculating product or service costs B. Setting profitable prices C. Tracking business expenses D. Understanding cash flow E. I’m still developing my business idea Drop your answer below! Remember, Bosses: You don’t have to understand everything about business finances today. But you do need to start learning how your numbers work.
