Upon waking today: 5 mg SS31 subq 150 Test C IM .5 mg Reta 5 mg Cartalax (Left Shoulder) 500 MCG BPC/TB500 (Left Shoulder) Calories are going UP! I am SUPER excited about the new plan! I will continue to share more details on this, but calories are going up, we are driving carbs hard and will be incorporating GH + Insulin pre workout. I woke up at 220.8, up about 8 lbs since Saturday. This isn't a big deal and within the limits I like to stay in. Gaining more than 10 lbs in a couple days is a recipe for a disaster. However, I was VERY dehydrated and of course there will be some fluid rebound. We just need to monitor it and ensure we keep fluids balanced over the next few days.
