Forge Week #1: Day 1 is happening in 9 days
Pinned
1-Start Here
Welcome to Brand Forge. You are here because you have been carrying an idea. A year, three years, maybe longer. You can describe it. You have not shipped it. The gap was never drive. It is the work itself: turning what lives in your head into something the market can actually buy. That work is a skill, and it has a method. Name it. Shape it. Ship it. Four things to do right now: 1. Introduce yourself below. One line: the idea you have been carrying, how long, and the honest reason it has not shipped yet. 2. Grab the Forge Method one-pager in the Forge Week Challenge category. It takes about ten minutes to work through. 3. Register for Forge Week #1. August 31st to Sept 4th, 6:00 to 7:00 PM CT daily. Free. Five live days where your idea goes from a sentence to a real buyer conversation. forgeweek.bybrandforge.com 4. Post a win the moment you ship anything. This room runs on proof, not potential. One thing to know about how this room works: we share the messy version. The polished version is the one that never gets posted, and the polished version is not the one that ships. Travis

2-How this room works
Five rules. That is all of them. 1. Build in public. Share the messy version. That is the one we ship. 2. No pitching other offers. This room serves the work. 3. Specific beats vague. Ask real questions, give real feedback. 4. Celebrate shipped reps, not plans. 5. Be useful or be quiet. No drive-by negativity. That is it. Now go post something.

Your idea is trapped, not unclear. You have carried it for years. You can describe it in a sentence. It has just never left your head. The gap was never drive. It is the work itself: turning what lives in your head into something the market can actually buy. That work is a skill, and most experts were never taught it. Three moves take an idea from your head into the world: Name it. Give the idea a clear name and the one buyer it is for. Not the audience. One person. Shape it. Turn it into a simple offer: outcome, mechanism, price. The smallest real version. Ship it. Put it in front of one real person this week. The messy version is the one you ship. The one-pager is attached. It has the fill-in-the-blank exercise and the AI prompt I use to generate fifteen versions of a sentence in about four minutes. Do this now: download it, fill in the blank, and post your sentence in the comments. Rough is fine. Rough is the point. Then: Forge Week #1 runs August 31st to Sept 4th, 6:00 to 7:00 PM CT daily. Free. Five live days where that sentence becomes something real, shaped, and sent to an actual buyer by Thursday. Register here: forgeweek.bybrandforge.com Name it. Shape it. Ship it.

🚀 Brand Forge Fam. I need your vote!
If you’ve been in Brand Forge for a while, you know what we’re all about: turning ideas into real brands, fast. Not “someday” brands. Actual assets, actual operations, actual revenue. That’s exactly what I’ve been building this week using Vibe Coding, the new wave of AI-powered app building where you describe what you want and watch it get built in real time. No dev team, no six-month roadmap, no $50k agency invoice. Just you, a clear vision, and AI tools that turn concepts into working software in days instead of months. I entered Overskill Games, a live building challenge where builders create a real app in one night, and the community votes on the best one for a $10,000 prize. What I built is CauseCart, a white label fundraising platform that lets schools, nonprofits, and everyday people launch their own branded storefront, pick real products (hoodies, mugs, totes, and more), add their logo using AI-assisted design tools, and start raising money for their cause in minutes instead of weeks. This is Brand Forge in action. Using cutting-edge AI to go from “I have an idea” to “I have a live, working platform” at a speed that wasn’t possible even a year ago. Here’s how you can help: Vote for CauseCart in the Overskill Games competition. Upvote CauseCart here 👉 CauseCart.app Every vote matters, and it also means more eyes on what’s possible when you combine the Brand Forge mindset with the right AI tools. Let’s show them what this community can build. 🔥

Forge Week moves to August 31st through Sept 4th
New dates: Monday, August 31st through Friday, September 4th, 6:00-7:00 PM CT daily. Same five days. Same format. Still free. If today was sitting on your calendar as Day 1, it is not. You have two more weeks, and you are already registered. Nothing to redo. Here is the decision behind the move. Forge Week only works if every day ends with a real artifact, and that means the full build has to be in your hands: the daily workbook, a tested AI prompt set for each day, and a room that is ready to hold the work. Two more weeks means you get the finished version instead of the fast version. It also means a fuller room, and the room is not decoration. You ship differently when people are watching. Bigger room, better week, for everyone in it. The arc does not change: - Mon Aug 17, Day 1: Name it, rough. You leave with the idea written as one sentence, posted publicly. - Tue Aug 18, Day 2: Name it, sharp. A sentence a stranger can repeat back. - Wed Aug 19, Day 3: Shape it. Your one-page Shaped Offer v1: outcome, mechanism, price, buyer. - Thu Aug 20, Day 4: Ship it. A real message, sent live, to one real buyer. Not drafted. Sent. - Fri Aug 21, Day 5: The close. Wins, questions, your next committed rep. Three things to do right now: 1. Move it on your calendar. Monday August 31st, 6:00 PM CT. Same Zoom link, already in the event listings here. 2. Post your one-line idea in the welcome thread if you have not yet. That is your head start, and it is the exact sentence we sharpen on Day 1. 3. Use the two weeks. Do not build. Do not redesign. Just write down the name of one real person who might buy the thing you have been carrying. Day 4 will ask you for that name.z The gap was never drive. It is the work itself: turning what lives in your head into something the market can actually buy. Two weeks from today, we run that work in public. Name it. Shape it. Ship it.
