Free for all until we hit 100 3. By recommendation only until we hit 100 After 100 I say we lock it and see what people want most, then create great resources, then do a big launch. Pricing could be 100% free Paid $X/mo referrals get 50% Community money is used on gifts or community events. Could even do payouts based on points generated in the community.
