Joining the Locker room has allowed me to, become better in all ways, it allows me to learn how to prepare, preform and recover, allowing me to preform better. Chris content is explained so that I can understand it and apply it every day, and work towards my goal of being recruited.

Awesome content, and great advice from Chris Mueller. Very inspiring but also honest and direct. He is very personally engaged with this community. I was looking for some good structure and guidance around how to take my game to the next level, and I found it here for sure. So glad I joined and I can't wait for the community of players in the BTB Locker Room to grow and connect even offline to support each other also. Join us!
