💜 To My Caregiverholics™ Inner Circle Members 💜
Hello Caregiverholics™ Family, I hope you’re doing well today — and I want to start by saying 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 for being here. Even though our community is still small and new, every single one of you means something to me. Your presence here matters. Your stories matter. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫.💜 Before I go any further, I want to gently remind you: 𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 for valuable information, printables, and tips to help you on your caregiving journey. 👉 Just click on the “𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦” 𝐭𝐚𝐛 to find the Resource Library. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been doing some deep personal reflection. And after listening to my mind and my heart, I’ve made the decision to pause Caregiverholics™ Inner Circle temporarily. This is not goodbye — it’s simply a gentle pause while I take care of some personal things and prepare for what’s ahead. I truly want this community to be a place of meaning, support, and real value — and I believe that sometimes stepping back for a moment allows us to come back stronger, clearer, and more focused. 💜 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬: - I appreciate each of you. - I have not forgotten you. - I still believe in this mission with all my heart. - I fully intend to reopen this space soon — with even more care, strategy, and support for caregivers like you. I would love for you to stay connected, and stay inside the group if you wish. I’ll share updates when the time is right — and when this community opens its doors fully, I want you to be among the first to receive the benefits of being here from the very beginning. Thank you — truly — for being here.Thank you for caring for others the way you do.And thank you for giving me a chance to create something meaningful for caregivers everywhere. With care, 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 Caregiverholics™ Because loving them shouldn’t mean losing you™

Who showed up for you this week — and how did it feel?
As caregivers, we’re used to being the ones everyone depends on. But it’s okay — even necessary — to let others show up for us too. 🌸 Maybe someone brought you a meal, checked in with a text, or simply listened while you vented. Even the smallest gesture counts. 💜 Take a moment to acknowledge that support and how it made you feel. 💌 Who showed up for you this week? Share below ⬇️ so we can celebrate those moments of kindness together.

What helped you stay calm when things got stressful?
Caregiving can bring beautiful moments — but also moments that test every ounce of patience and strength we have. 🌿 This week, take a moment to think about what helped you stay grounded when things got tough. Was it prayer? Deep breathing? Music? A quiet walk? Or maybe just stepping into another room to collect your thoughts. 💜 Calm is not always quiet — sometimes it’s the small pause that keeps us from breaking. 💌 What helped you stay calm when things got stressful this week? Share your calm moment below ⬇️.
What’s something you did this week just for you?
Caregiving asks so much of us — it’s easy to forget that we matter too. 💜 This week, I want you to pause and reflect on one small thing you did just for you. Maybe it was enjoying your favorite coffee in peace, stepping outside for fresh air, or taking five quiet minutes to breathe. ✨ No act of self-care is too small to celebrate. It’s not selfish — it’s survival. 💌 What’s something you did this week just for you? Share below ⬇️ Your answer might inspire another caregiver who needs that gentle reminder.
