Chaos Scarf?

So I have recently been seeing the chaos blankets all over social media and i love them the problem is i do not crochet or knit i only use my Addi and i have seen there is ways to do different stitches on the Addi. I dont think i could make a blanket because i feel like joining the tubes might cause issues but i was wondering if i could do like an infinity chaos scarf? Just wondering what everyone's thoughts on this is
