Intentionally Stronger is a space for Muslim women to become healthier, stronger, more consistent, and more intentional about their wellbeing. We’re here to keep ourselves accountable, encourage one another to fast the Sunnah, complete our workouts, improve our nutrition, and keep going even when life gets busy. 🌸 START HERE Head to Classroom → Start Here to learn how everything works and find your way around the community. Then introduce yourself! Tell us: • Your name and where you’re joining from • Your main health or fitness goal • One thing you hope to accomplish while you’re here Most importantly, don’t wait for perfection. Start where you are. Every workout, every fast, every healthy choice, and every check-in is another step toward becoming Intentionally Stronger. Welcome to the journey! 💜✨ — Coach Hebah

Hey everyone! 👋
I’m excited to be part of this community! Looking forward to connecting with you all, learning new things, and sharing ideas. Thanks for having me here. Looking forward to growing together! 😊
A bit about me
I am a 48 year old mother of 5 kids. I love fitness (obviously), swimming, cooking, writing, and sight-seeing. I was born in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, and I've lived in California, Jordan, and now, Istanbul. My parents are Libyan, and I grew up on Libyan food and and traditions. My husband is Egyptian, and we love Egyptian food too. At 20 years old, I became a fitness coach after losing 80 lbs! I studied Molecular Bio/English Lit in college, and I event went to medical school - but I never finished, because I wanted to focus on motherhood. Fasting the sunnah is one of my favorite habits, as well as taking walks after fajr. I've always wanted to learn to sew - my mother was a great seamstress. I'd love to hear a bit about you!
