Most people building "AI automation" are just wiring one tool to another and calling it a system. Here's the actual 5-layer stack I run for every client -- steal whatever's useful. 1. SCRAPE -- Pull the target list (local businesses, leads, whatever your niche is) with Firecrawl or a simple scraper. Don't overthink this layer, it just needs to be accurate. 2. AI LANDING PAGE -- Every prospect gets a custom, AI-generated landing page built around their actual business (Seedream for images, a fast template for the page itself). This is the single biggest lift in reply rate I've found -- personalization at scale beats generic outreach every time. 3. CONTACT FINDING -- MX-verified email discovery. Don't skip verification, bounce rate kills sender reputation fast. 4. OUTREACH -- Cold email through Instantly (or similar), tied to the landing page from step 2. The email's only job is to get them to look at the page. 5. INTENT TRACKING + BOOKING -- Track who opened/clicked, and auto-book anyone who shows real intent straight onto a calendar. No manual follow-up needed. The whole thing runs on n8n gluing it together. Took me a long time to get each layer dialed in -- happy to go deeper on any piece if people want it. What are you all building automations for right now?
