Celebrating Jen Rattie 🎉
Celebrating @Jen Rattie who is the first person to start the #The 1000 Subscribers Challenge challenge and from week one to week two she has already increased her subscriber count by 13 🎉 Yes, our aim is to grow by 1000 subscribers in 90 days BUT this challenge is really about 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 using collaborations. Knowing that your are growing your email list regularly also means that you are less worried to email your list because you fear those dreaded unsubscribes. Because those people are not supposed to be on your list anyway. It's like panning for gold. You need to be regularly sieving which is what this challenge is about. I'm super happy you're doing this Jen.

How I stay on top of the collabs I take part in
I still remember the first bundle I took part in. I filled in the form to apply and about a week later I got an email to say I was accepted. But I couldn't remember what I had put in the application form. I couldn't remember what product I said I would contribute or what the promotional requirements and dates were. I had to email the host and ask her to send me the details again 😅. That is when the first iteration of #The Collab Scorecard was born. It started as a way to track bundles and summits that I applied for. It has since evolved into a full planner and tracker. It not only allows me to stay on top of the details of each collaboration I have applied for or committed to. It also allows me to track the results so I know which ones are worth doing again. You can see how I use it in the video walk through below. The scorecard is available in the premium tier which is $7 per month. Or you can buy the scorecard outright for $47. You can upgrade to premium here and get access everything in the classroom right away. Have you ever done something similar, done something on a whim and not noted any of it down at the time?

Happy Friday - Here's what's what
How is your Friday going? I wanted to encourage those of you who are at level one, to engage to unlock level 2 asap. Drop a GIF below sharing how your day is going and that will start things off nicely (you win points when people engage back with you) and I will definitely engage with you and likely others will too. At level 3 you unlock your Collaboration Type Quiz and The Collaboration Kickstart Challenge. You don't have to wait to unlock it though. You can upgrade to premium ($7 per month) to unlock everything in the classroom. What's in the classroom other than the quiz and the challenge? #The Collab Scorecard is a Notion system to plan and organise all of the collaborations you take part in. It also help you measure which ones did really well (even tracks any revenue you make from them). This will help you decide long term which collaborations are worth doing again. #Flash Sale Swaps is a Notion system to help you to organise flash sale swaps. This is a collaboration similar to a freebie swap but where you offer a flash sale rather than a freebie. This gives an incentive for people to sign up now and grows your list with buyers. #The Bundle Hosting Kit 🎉 is a Notion system to help you run and host bundles using Notion. You can organise your contributors, collect applications and create your hosting page all from Notion. The only bit you need to do externally is create your landing page where your participants sign up or purchase. #Black Friday Bundle: Behind the Scenes 👀 . This is the bundle I am working on right now (today is 3rd July 2026) and so I am keeping a running diary of what I'm doing and why so you can read along as I work on it. See what decisions I make and why. See what things are not working and how I pivot when things go wrong.

I started my Notion community a year or so ago
And then I realised something 👇 That most of the things that I use Notion for relate to audience growth. I build some things for content creation. But mainly I 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 collaborations. Or taking it to the next level, I also 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Or taking it to the next, next level I use Notion AI to 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. So I'm embracing this ultra niche niche! As a result, I'be also been taking part in more collaborations and testing different formats 🧪. So this means more opportunities for you to get lots of free things (if you want them) and discover businesses you otherwise wouldn't have known about. And the thing I'm testing this week is kind of a bundle but it features things that are always free. But they are all shown together on one handy page for you to browse. Also, you don't need to give your email address to access the landing page. 🎁 Meaning I can just share it with you right now so you can have a nosey without giving any of your details to anyone. Which means there is no harm in looking to see if there is anything you fancy. It's available until August 28th. I've contributed my free 7 day challenge The Collaboration Kickstart Challenge which includes a quiz to help you find the type of audience growth collaboration that would work best for your situation right now.

Name Change
I have just changed the name of the community from Collaboration Cash In to 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯. Someone reached out to let me know that Kate Doster has a well known course with that name. When I started this community I was so excited that I created it without doing any checks. And I probably did steal the name subconsciously as I used to follow Kate. Anyway, I have done a check and I don't think any one has this name. I think it does a good job of explaining why I love collaborations over social media content. Unfortunately, until I upgrade to the pro version of Skool which I will be doing soon the URL will still have collaboration cash in in it. What do you think of the new name?
