DAY 3 IS UP — and today I need you to stop running away from perfectly good evidence. Lovingly. 😉 You receive something. Your sitter says yes. Your brain goes: “GREAT. NEXT.” But what if that first impression wasn’t the finished evidence? What if it was just the doorway? Today you’re going to practise staying with one thing long enough to see what develops. You’re going to: ✅ Watch the Day 3 training ✅ Grab your Go One Layer Deeper resource ✅ Stay with one impression for 30–60 seconds ✅ Notice what becomes clearer, more specific or joins in 🚫 No squeezing Spirit for details. No interrogating the information. No manufacturing something because you think you should be getting more. Just stay with the thread a little longer. 👉 Head into the Classroom for Day 3. Then come back and give us the before + after: What did you receive first… and what developed when you stayed with it? I REALLY want to hear about this one 😀

Before you start mentally yelling “Come on Spirit, give me something. ” Because if you don’t actually know what your connection feels like, it’s really hard to trust it when you’re in a reading. Don’t try to make anything happen. Don’t chase evidence. Your only job today is to notice. 👉 Head into the Classroom and start Day 1 now. Today we’re tackling the mediumship question: “Was that Spirit… or was that me?” Because sometimes Spirit gives you one thing… and your brain immediately grabs it, gives it a backstory, fills in a few blanks and hands the whole thing back to you. Now you’re not quite sure what you actually received in the first place. Today we’re slowing that tiny moment down. This one was very interesting for me! I often find that images are hard for me to discern if it's me or Spirit, so I plan to do this one over and over again. I pictured the yellow rose and it felt easy to picture but I could feel that it was being thought of by me. Then when I asked Spirit to show me something, I received a quick image of my stuffed bear that I've had since I was a baby. Looking forward to practicing these more and seeing what the next few days bring!💖
