Lead Gen Problem
I was going through a period where I was struggling to get leads, and needed a low cost solution. I figure on out and was able to start scraping for about $4.
The paid ads route was on that I didn't want to take, so I found a website called Apify.com
Here was the order
- Pick who hires you. Like property managers or builders near you.
- Use a Google Maps actor/scraper. It gets their names, phones, and websites.
- Put them in a sheet. Call 10 a day.
I was able to get just over 1,000 leads this way for about $4.
