Group Update: On Hiatus for a little longer
I know the group is stagnant now-days. No recent updates. That's because, as you've probably noticed, this group is exceptionally "theory-heavy". I'm working on secretly growing a channel and scaling up an offer with it. I want to use everything in here to make that happen. That just makes this information that much more valuable for you, and helps me learn more as well. That's basically it! I hope to have some cool results to share in a couple months. For everyone who is sticking around and getting value, thanks a bunch, and I'm really glad I was able to put this together in a way that helps. Hope to add some cool stuff in the future. There's also a cool little app being built for my workflow, but I don't wanna release it till it works so. There's that. I'm still available for questions and comments etc. I check in pretty regularly. Anyways, best of luck all! Talk soon!
Stuck on YouTube? Comment Your Biggest Blocker and I’ll Help You Fix It
Most YouTube creators don’t fail because they lack talent or motivation. They fail because their channel doesn’t have a system. They post. They improve quality. They try new tips. They stay consistent. …but nothing compounds. After working with a lot of creators, I’ve noticed the same pattern: ❌ Random topics ❌ Weak positioning ❌ No clear audience ❌ No retention structure ❌ No monetization plan So every upload feels like starting over. Real growth starts when three things are aligned: 1) Who your channel is actually for 2) What problem your videos consistently solve 3) How your content is structured to hold attention and build trust When those line up, views, subscribers, and revenue stop being “luck”, they become predictable. Quick check in. What feels like your biggest bottleneck right now? A) Ideas & topics B) Clicks & thumbnails C) Watch time D) Subscribers E) Monetization / direction Comment your letter and I’ll share one practical adjustment you can apply this week.
What YouTube experiment completely changed your channel's trajectory?
Looking to gather real, transparent data from creators in this group on what tactics are actually moving the needle right now. If you could pinpoint one specific experiment that produced a measurable breakthrough: - Was it a shift in thumbnail contrast/composition? - Changing your upload cadence? - Repurposing long-form content into targeted short-form funnels? - Cutting out your channel intro entirely? Drop your biggest breakthrough with numbers or screenshots below. I'm compiling the best transparent case studies for a creator showcase running this month!

What's helping you the most in this group?
I see a handful of you coming back repeatedly to the classroom modules. (Thanks for hanging out btw) I'm just curious what helps you out the most here, what you're making use of, what you find valuable. Your response means a lot! DM or comment when you've got a second. <3
