Craft a Creamery has been such a great resource! I’ve learned so much from this community, and I truly appreciate all of the knowledge Chelsea shares so openly with everyone. Her experience, advice, and willingness to help others in the industry are incredibly valuable. So grateful to be part of this community!

We are just a small shop with window service only. We've been open for a few years but we were just going by the seat of our pants. We even had to google how to scoop when we first opened. I feel now there is no question too silly and everyone is very willing to answer and give suggestions. Thank you Craft A Creamery community and Chelsea for seeing the need and doing something about it.

I would have been so lost if it wasn’t for Chelsea, her knowledge and the community in here. I opened my business 2 years ago. I spent the first year wandering in the dark, making mistakes and headed toward bankruptcy. After joining Craft a Creamery last year, Chelsea and this amazing community gave me clarity and a path to move forward with strategies that worked. I look forward to our live Zoom meetings every month where we have direct access to ask Chlesea and other Skool memebers questions and share experiences.

Joining this group has been an amazing experience.From the beginning, she has been incredibly helpful, supportive, and always willing to answer my questions. Although I already had business experience, I knew very little about the ice cream industry. Thanks to this group I learned so much faster and gained confidence along the way.
