Sometimes I look through the pages of a finished journal and realize they hold much more than marks, colour and paint.
They hold moments when life was full, uncertain, joyful, difficult—and I chose to sit with myself and create anyway.
Creativity didn't make the circumstances disappear.
It simply gave me another place to stand.
A place to breathe.
To play.
To listen.
To see differently.
And now, a new journal. Blank pages. New possibilities.
I don't know what will fill them yet.
That's part of the wonder.
Maybe today you could find a blank page of your own. Make one mark. Write one word. Choose one colour you love.
No need to know where it will lead.
Just begin.
