Passed the CSCS exam
Several months ago, I passed the practical portion but failed the science portion.
I failed the science portion twice, but this time, I finally passed with a score of 82/100!
Besides the lectures, the main things that helped me were taking tons of practice exams in Dr. Goodin’s CSCS app and watching every single Ninja Nerd course on muscle physiology, cardiology, endocrinology, and the respiratory system.
