2026 can be your season of completion.
2026: Accelerated Growth — in Rest, Alignment, and Fullness. A season to complete what was started, dreamed of and spoken out. As we step into this new year, I want to name the kind of growth we’re leaning into together. Not hustle growth. Not burnout growth. But accelerated, completed growth that flows from rest. 2026 is about the fullness of what has already been planted finally rising to a higher level. It looks like: - Books written and published — ideas no longer staying inside us - AI embraced wisely — to multiply wealth, time, and impact - Revenue becoming more passive — so family gets our best, not our leftovers - Health as a priority — the table everything else is built on - Identity and spiritual connection as our foundation — the legs that hold the table steady - And much more… When the foundation is strong, the table can carry more. This is a year where: - growth doesn’t fight rest - faith fuels strategy - systems replace striving - and alignment produces acceleration So here’s the invitation as we begin the year together: What area of your life is ready to move into accelerated growth — without losing rest? One area. One focus. One intentional shift. Drop a word, a sentence, or a reflection below 👇 Let’s build 2026 together — steady, grounded, and full. We’re not rushing into the future. We’re rising into fullness.
2026 can be your season of completion.

Building with a System
This visual uses the difference between an engine and an entire car to explain one of the biggest mistakes new entrepreneurs make: being highly skilled at something does not automatically mean you are ready to run a business built around that skill. On the left is a powerful engine labeled “Your talent.” The engine represents your technical ability - the thing you are genuinely good at. You might be an excellent graphic designer, a talented hairstylist, a skilled makeup artist, a great photographer, a brilliant baker, or an exceptional mechanic. Talent is the engine. It gives you power. But an engine by itself cannot take you anywhere. On the right is the complete car labeled “The system.” The car represents everything else required to turn your talent into a functioning, profitable business. You need the engine, but you also need the transmission, wheels, steering, brakes, fuel system, electrical system, dashboard, and everything else that allows the engine to actually move the vehicle. That's the difference between having a skill and owning a business. A common mistake new entrepreneurs make is thinking…. "I'm really good at this, so I should start a business doing it." You're a great graphic designer, so you open a design agency. You're an excellent hairstylist, so you open a salon. You know makeup, so you launch a beauty business. You can bake, so you open a bakery. The problem isn't the talent. The problem is that the skill is only one component of the business. You may know how to produce the service, but do you know how to price it? Do you know how to calculate your costs and profit margins? Do you know how to negotiate with customers? Do you know how to create contracts? Do you understand taxes, bookkeeping, inventory, staffing, marketing, customer acquisition, cash flow, purchasing, supplier relationships, equipment maintenance, and operations? Because once you become the owner, you're no longer being paid simply for what you can do with your hands.

Stop doing this, instead do this.
Many people spend their lives chasing money, yet it always seems just out of reach. What if the better approach is to stop chasing it? Instead, focus on becoming valuable. Learn new skills, solve real problems, serve people well, and keep improving yourself. The more value you create, the more opportunities come your way. Money is often a reward for the value you bring, not the goal you should pursue. The marketplace pays those who make life easier, better, or more productive for others. Build something useful, stay consistent, and let your reputation grow. Stop asking, “How can I make more money?” Start asking, “How can I become more valuable?” #CreateValue #SelfImprovement #GrowthMindset #MoneyMindset #WealthBuilding #FinancialFreedom #SuccessMindset #ContinuousLearning
