In art, Lauren has made me think about a lot of things that I didn't necessarily connect before. She's helped me think of the journey as a whole vs. a single piece or where I'm currently at. Obviously I'm a little biased because she's my wonderful wife, but either way I think you'll find her awesome too!

I joined this community to find my way back to the dance world and the warmth I was welcomed with by the members and the way Lauren Messina leads is inspiring. She doesn’t just say welcome, here’s the community, she connects you to members in your area and who are on a similar path. I’m not as active as I would like to be but every time I come back to this community, it’s like I never left. Thank you for creating such a beautiful community of dancers!

Lauren is such an amazing teacher. Whether you are a professional or you just want to dance and bake some cookies she makes everyone feel amazing and confident about moving to the music. Thank you for having such a great space!
