I've been floundering about with my Gypsy Jazz progress for a couple of years now. David's ethos really fits how I want to learn to play. He has an holistic approach covering various physical and mental techniques to develop an individual playing style. I've very happy to have found his 'Skool'. I believe it is vital to discover your learning style early. I don't like lots of theory and PDFs, I learn best by hearing and watching. David’s teaching is a perfect fit. For him, emotion is the main thing, and everything else is just an expression of that. His lessons offer the perfect balance: quick two-minute videos to grab and use a new lick instantly, alongside deep-dive lessons where I spend most of my time. David understands me and will be a great help in guiding my future develpment.

A really great concept. Thanks to David’s approach, I’m making progress every month. The "Song of the Month" idea is fantastic because it allows you to really focus on a specific tune without getting sidetracked by a thousand different ideas. David answers questions in the community patiently and expertly—sometimes even with videos tailored specifically to the individual's problem.

Great community with a great teacher and a convincing concept for a deep dive in gypsy jazz. Only recommended.
