I need two deals for Tuesday’s Workshop This Tuesday I want to do some live deal analysis, and I need two deals from the community. 1. A potential purchase. Something you’re actually considering buying. We’ll run the numbers, look at the area, rents, expenses, and anything else that might make it a good or bad deal. 2. One of your current rental listings. If you have a property listed for rent, send it over. We’ll look at the listing, photos, rent, competition, days on market, and see if there’s anything we would change. Drop the links/details in the comments. Don’t worry about whether it’s a “good” deal or a “good” listing. Sometimes the ones with problems give us the most to talk about.
