New pilot looking for answers about drone mapping and modeling?
Started your journey, but still have questions?
Old hand and looking to help others on their way up?
Check, check, and check.
New pilot, mid-journey, or old hand — DMA is a working group for drone mapping and modeling pilots who want answers from people who actually do the work.
Weekly group call, every Thursday at 06:00 Mountain Time. Bring a stuck problem or a workflow you want pressure-tested. The call runs as long as the questions do.
Real-time text chat. Ask at 2 PM on a Monday, get answers from pilots running real jobs the same day. No waiting for the next call.
Direct line to me by cell during working hours. Twelve-plus years in the drone space, FAA Part 107, daily production mapping for a Colorado GC.
Not a course. Not a certification. A room full of pilots who treat this as a profession — and a place to bring the questions you can't Google your way out of.

I’ve learned so much from Michael Lilley’s group, The Weekly Waypoint. It’s one of those places that makes you realize how much you still have to learn, but in a way that gives you hope instead of discouragement. It can feel overwhelming, but it also makes me believe I can do this. It’s a great place to be if you want honesty about where you really are, while still feeling like everyone there truly wants you to succeed.
